Rev Kusi Boateng's lawyers refute claims of dismissal of contempt suit at Court of Appeal

Lawyers for the Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the National Cathedral project, have responded to reports on the various media outlets on the reported dismissal of their client's suit by the Court of Appeal.
A release signed by Bobby Banson states that contrary to the publications and social media reports, there was no application filed at the Court of Appeal or any other court for that matter by his client to restrain Hon Okudzeto Ablakwa from discussing his client on the National Cathedral project.
It states however that their substantive appeal is yet to be heard by the court of appeal.
The report therefore gives a chronology of events that took place before the Court of Appeal on either the 25th of June 2024 or 26th of June 2024.
