The District Court at Asokore Mampong has adjourned to July 29, the accident case involving Ace actor, Kwadwo Nkansah Li Win as the prosecution awaits advice from Attorney Genel’s office.

When the case was called on June 27, the prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Emelia Owusu Ansah, indicated that they had sent the docket to the AG’s Department for advice.

Lil Win was arrested on Monday, June 3, shortly after being discharged from the hospital.

He has been charged with dangerous driving and negligently causing harm.

His initial arrest is linked to a recent accident involving a vehicle he was driving, which resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy.

The actor is said to have been driving at high speed on May 25, leading to the crash into the vehicle that had the three-year-old and his father, Jacob Kofi Ampomah.
