Storekeeper and driver arrested for allegedly stealing food items of vocational training school
According to reports, the storekeeper’s driver, Christian Mane was chased by some students and some town folks when he was seen transporting the food items on Wednesday evening.
A storekeeper and his personal driver have been arrested by police for allegedly stealing food items belonging to the Sovie Technical and Vocational School in the North-Dayi District of the Volta Region.

The food items according to the Headmaster, Father Jerry Ankutsitsia, were part of a consignment received from the National Food Buffer Stock Company Limited to address concerns of food shortage in second-cycle schools.
Elias Tsitsiwu and Christian are in the custody of the Anfoega Police Command, assisting with investigations.
