The Registrar of the Land Division of the Tema High Court, Mr Sebastian Agbo has been dismissed from the Judicial Service.

A notice signed by the Judicial Secretary, Justice Cynthia Pamela Addo notes that Mr. Agbo fraudulently prepared thirty(30) Court orders which is a major offense under Section 37(a) of the Conditions of Service for Senior and Junior Employers of the Judicial Service.

You may recall that during his valedictory judgment, Justice Jones Dotse referred a Court of Appeal judge, Emmanuel Ankamah, and Mr. Agbo to the Chief Justice for an investigation into how they handled a certain case at the High Court.

The judge is said to have struck out processes in the case irrespective of the fact that it was not listed for hearing without giving the other party a fair hearing.

All persons who deal with Mr. Sebastian Agbo are thus being informed that they do so at their own peril.
