Mrs Fordjuor elected Fellow of International Academy of Family Law Lawyers

A partner at AB and David Ghana, Mrs. Anna Fordjuor has been elected as a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Law Lawyers.

Mrs. Fordjuor’s experience as a lawyer spans two decades in dispute resolution, probate and intestate succession, family law, and property and real estate.

She has also successfully handled many international adoptions and represented clients in a wide range of disputes that cover her areas of practice.

Anna is recognized by “Who is Who Legal” for her work in litigation and was featured by the Institute of African Women in Law in 2020 as a woman in law to watch.

In addition, she is a senior lecturer at the Ghana School of Law, a notary public, and an alumnus of the International Visitors Leadership Programme, which is a premier exchange program by the United States Department of State.

The IAFL is a worldwide association of practicing lawyers whom their peers recognize as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective countries.

IAFL was formed in 1986 as the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers to improve the practice of law and administration of justice in the area of divorce and family law throughout the world. 

In 2015, the IAML Board of Governors agreed that the academy's name should change to the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
