Court Vacates Remand Order Against Abuja Lawyer, Eburu Ekwe Barth

His Worship, Ibrahim Mohammed, of Magistrate court, Wuse zone 6, Abuja, has vacated the order remanding an Abuja lawyer, Eburu Ekwe Barth for 2 months in prison.

The Magistrate who ordered for his remand, same granted an ex parte application filed by members of the NBA Abuja branch.

TheNigerialawyer, had yesterday reported how His Worship, Ibrahim Mohammed, ordered for the arrest, and remand of the lawyer, Eburu for rudely interjecting when the Magistrate was delivering a ruling on an application brought by the opposing Lawyer.

According to the information gathered by TheNigerialawyer, some lawyers from his branch have gone to Suleja Correctional Centre to secure his release.
