The High Court General Jurisdiction has today set aside an injunction granted against the funeral of the late Ga Manye, Naa Omaedru III.

In its ruling, the court, presided over by Justice Patrick Baayeh noted that " I am of the view that the Order of Interrim Injunction granted on 25th October 2023 was made in error."

This, according to the court is because the applicants had failed to give the true state of affairs.

The court thus set aside the interrim injunction and impressed on any desirous party to come on notice to the other parties for a proper evaluation from both sides.
