Court orders joiner of Baafi Hagan &Amp; CO… in Lands C’ssion case
Bestlink Ventures accused the defendants of selling it’s land without recourse to it
An Accra High Court has ordered Messrs Boye Engmann, Solomon Baafi Hagan and Eric Fiifi Hanson to join a litigated land matter brought against Lands Commission by Bestlink Venutures Ltd.
Bestlink Ventures had accused the aforementioned people of selling it’s land without recourse to it and it’s therefore seeking the intervention of the Court to order the Lands Commission to nullify the said sale or transaction.
Upon hearing the counsel for the applicant herein as Bestlink Ventures, Justice Emmanuel Ankamah at the High Court ruled thus; “I hereby issue an order joining messrs Boye Engmann, Solomon Baafi Hagan and Eric Fiifi Hanson as 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Defendants to this suit pending before this Court.”
Justice Ankamah further ordered that the applicant cause the court order to be noted in the cause book and thereafter file an amended Writ of Summons and statement of claim and join the persons who have been joined and to serve on them all other processes so far filed.
