An Accra High Court has adjourned to March 8, 2024, the case where two house helps and five others are being prosecuted for stealing large sums of money and valuables from the home of former Sanitation Minister, Cecilia Dapaah.

Today's sitting was adjourned due to the lateness of defence lawyers and State Prosecutors, who arrived right after the presiding judge, Justice Marie-Louise Simmons announced the adjournment.

The Court is therefore expected to conduct Case Management Conference at its next sitting.

Accused persons, Patience Botwe, 18, and six others have been slapped with various counts of stealing and dishonestly receiving. They are still in custody as some are yet to meet bail conditions.
