Captain Smart’s case adjourned to Dec 20

The Kaneshie District Court has adjourned the case involving the host of the Onua TV Morning show, Blessed Godsbrain Smart known as Captain Smart.

This was after lawyers for the Presenter had waited for several hours for the commencement of the proceedings.

Captain Smart was arrested by the Nima Police Command for alleged “unsavoury pronouncements that hinge on peace and security.”

In an interview with the Media, the General Manager of TV3, a subsidiary of the Media General Group of Stations, was hopeful that the Presenter will be acquitted by the Court. He further expressed management’s support for Captain Smart as he goes through the process.

The Presenter is expected back in court on Monday, December 20, 2021.
