Repealed laws of Ghana, 2020
When a law is repealed, it is no longer a reliable point of reference for the courts
The Parliament of Ghana in the year 2020 repealed some major statutes. To repeal a law is to abolish it, therefore rendering it void and of no effect.
When a law is repealed, it is no longer a reliable point of reference for the courts, hence the need for constant public awareness of such repealed laws.
