According to a report from the Police Command, the pastor, who claims to be an actor, promised to train the young girls in acting.
A 36-year-old pastor at the Faith Miracle Ministry at Ofaakor Aliko, who was arrested on March 17, 2022, for allegedly defiling three teenage girls, has been remanded into police custody.
Charged with defilement, Ebenezer Kumah is to reappear before the court on April 1, 2022.
According to a report from the Police Command, the pastor, who claims to be an actor, promised to train the young girls in acting.
One of the victims, a 13-year-old girl told journalists at the Police station that Ebenezer Kumah told her not to go to school so he could teach her acting.
She indicates that upon entering Ebenezer’s room, he pushed her on the bed, tore her clothes, and had sex with her.
The mother of another girl, 14 years old who happens to attend the pastor’s same church also narrated her experience at the hand of Ebenezer about three days before his encounter with the 13-year-old.
The parents of the 14-year-old narrated how their daughter even found it difficult to urinate after being defiled by the Ebenezer.
There again, a mother of a 15-year-old girl came to the Police station and reported the Pastor defiling their daughter.
It must be noted however that one of the girls did not agree to the pastor’s attempt to have his way with her. She struggled with him to the point where all her clothes were torn by him.
