Man who killed his wife dies from poison
He died while on admission at the Apam Government Hospital at around 8:00 pm on 7th July 2021
Police have confirmed that a 46-year-old man who killed his wife at Breman Asikuma after a misunderstanding is also dead. The suspect is believed to have taken a substance believed to be poison.
His name has been given as Kwesi Kumi.
He died while on admission at the Apam Government Hospital at around 8:00 pm on 7th July 2021.
Media reports indicate that Kumi stabbed his wife and bolted after he locked her in the room.
Police arrested him eventually and placed him on admission at the Apam Government Hospital after it was realized he had taken the substance leading to his death.
It is believed that the couple quarreled over a misunderstanding prior to the deaths.
