After close to three months of sitting, Ghana’s Supreme Court will today, March 4 give its final verdict on the 2020 election petition hearing.

With 5 days of pre-trial hearings and 12 sittings, today’s exercise will be the 18th and 63 days since the petition was filed on December 30, 2020.

The 2020 NDC Presidential Candidate, former President John Dramani Mahama dragged the Electoral Commission and President Akufo-Addo to court, challenging the validity of the December 7 election results.
