Joining the legal vacation virtual court sittings
To enable the clerk to identify the parties and lawyers to give access to, lawyers, parties, or representatives must use their full names to sign in.
Court sittings for this legal vacation will only be held virtually as such, there are dedicated Microsoft Teams links to enable lawyers, parties, or their representatives to join as if it were a physical sitting.
The courts' links can be accessed at the Judicial Service Website(https://www.judicial.gov.gh/index.php/virtualcourt).
Lawyers, clients, and parties are therefore encouraged to sign in and be online at least 15 minutes before the actual time of the case.
To enable the clerk to identify the parties and lawyers to give access to, lawyers, parties, or representatives must use their full names to sign in.
It is important to note that only lawyers will have camera and microphone access to the virtual sittings and are expected to be in a quiet environment.
Lawyers are required to adhere to the dress code as for formal court hearings except that there will be no wig and gown since it is vacation.
In case you need any assistance or have a case during this vacation, do send an email to virtualcourt@jsg.gov.gh or virtualcourts@jsg.gov.gh by indicating the title of your case, suit number, and the court the case originates from.

Additionally, the Cause lists for vacation courts will be posted on a page on the Judicial Service website (https://www.judicial.gov.gh/index.php/virtualcourt) and the same updated every Friday at 3 pm.
