GSL Management responds to viral publication on alleged SRC financial impropriety
On Monday, April 11, there were viral letters purported to have been signed by the SRC Secretary to the effect that the President of the SRC, Mr. Wonder Kutor had been asked to step aside.
Management of the Ghana School of Law has served notice of an immediate action to have the several viral publications on alleged financial misappropriation and mismanagement of SRC funds and other matters investigated.
On Monday, April 11, there were viral letters purported to have been signed by the SRC Secretary to the effect that the President of the SRC, Mr. Wonder Kutor had been asked to step aside for allegedly misappropriating the council’s funds in purchasing a vehicle.
A release dated April 12, 2022, and signed by the Registrar of the School indicates that ” Management takes a serious view of such matters and is therefore taking immediate action to have them investigated for necessary steps to be taken where required.”
