The Ghana School of Law has been adjudged the ‘Best Internal Audit Unit’ for the MDA Category in the 2021 Auditing year.

This follows an assessment of its nomination and works in the year under review by the Internal Audit Agency at the Office of Government Machinery.

A congratulatory letter to the GSL signed by the Director General of the Agency, Dr. E.O. Osae, notes that the award will be presented on Thursday, August 18, 2022, during this year’s Internal Audit Conference to be held at the Auditorium of the University of Professional Studies, Accra.

It further congratulates the Ghana School of Law and calls on it to make the necessary arrangement for its leadership to be present for the receipt of the same.

The IAA exercises oversight responsibility over internal audit practice in the Public Service by coordinating, facilitating, and setting standards, supporting capacity building for quality assurance, and providing national interior audit coverage for good corporate governance and effective risk management in the Public Service.
