The Corporate Secretarial and Training Services (CSTS), in partnership with the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), is set to hold the first edition of its Corporate Governance Series on November 13, 2025.

The program, which seeks to promote stronger corporate governance practices across Ghana’s public and private sectors, would take place in the Dr Daniel McKorley Moot Courtroom of the GIMPA Law School at exactly 5:30 p.m.

The initiative, led by CSTS, is also aimed at creating a sustained platform for dialogue among academics, practitioners, policymakers, regulators, and students and tackling Ghana’s persistent corporate governance challenges through monthly hybrid discussions—held both online and in person.

Organizers say that the series will focus on mainstreaming corporate governance in Ghana’s economic development agenda, encouraging collaboration between industry and academia to shape policy and reform.
