Elisus-Beatty Trust Services is a Corporate Executor/Trustee and offers Secretarial Services to Companies and further helps companies in acquiring their Statutory and Regulatory licenses.
The Relationship and Strategy Manager, Rhoda Agyeiwaa Oduro noted in a conversation with Dennislaw News that Elisus-Beatty has come to close the gaps created by difficulties and challenges in administering assets of deceased persons, the tediousness of companies in acquiring secretarial services, and getting operational licenses in Ghana.
“We realized that managing assets of dead people are quite challenging so we decided to take it up and do it for them by being their trustee and administer their assets.
“And we also want to provide company secretarial services to a lot of companies because now, hiring a Secretary for just a short while is quite tedious for some people especially when they are starting up especially for foreigners who have business in this country so we will act as a company secretary and file their annual returns and perform any other secretarial jobs for them.
“Thirdly, we will help businesses to get registered and obtain the statutory and regulatory licenses that they need to be fully operational in Ghana,” she indicated.
Elisus-Beatty Trust Services Limited, a subsidiary Company of the FSB Law Consult was incorporated in November 2020 with hopes to be the Premier Trust Services Limited in Ghana.
“In the next 5 years, we want to be the Premier Trust Services Limited in Ghana that everybody whether in Ghana or the Diaspora can rely on to take care of their assets for them.”
