Assin North MP case: SC grants motion for substituted service

The Supreme Court has granted a motion for substituted service filed by the applicant, Mr.Michael Ankomah Nimfah.

During proceedings on February 8, 2022, Frank Davis, lawyer for the private citizen, hinted at making an application to the apex Court for substituted Service if the difficulty in serving the Assin North MP, James Gyakye Quayson persisted.

The applicant has filed a writ seeking the interpretation of Article 94 (2a) and injunction of the Member of Parliament from holding himself as such.
